- Transponders – Transponders are a state of the art scoring device that
electronically records the exact moment that a racer crosses the finish line
and in what order they finish. The technology allows racers to have
the most up to date and accurate scoring method available today.
Transponders are available to rent for $10 a day with at deposit of $100 or a
credit card may be retained and returned upon the end of the transponder
rental day. Drivers are responsible for charging (if they own them)
and mounting their transponder on
their sled for every race.
Failure to charge and mount your scoring device properly may result in improper scoring. (as you
will not be detected on the course) 1st Offense we will attempt
to score you within the race IF reported to us within 30 min. Repeat
negligence will result in a DNS or Disqualification for that race. Sharing is allowed, BUT you MUST be responsible for switching or you will not be scored, there must be races in between the share, we will NOT hold the start for a transponder swap.
R – 13 - Drivers with mismatched numbers on sled may not be scored R – 14 – Improper Gear/ numbers - If you come to the line without proper gear or race numbers, you can be disqualified and/or will be asked to exit until requirements are met R-15 - ALL number/sled changes MUST be made at the office - at the office you will be given a slip with your changed race number/sled to be handed to the gate referee when he calls the original race number listed on the gate choice to line you up for your class - Changes will not be accepted at the gate R- 16 – We reserve the right to remove dangerous drivers from the course R– 17 – We reserve the right to deem a driver unable to compete due to driving a sled too large or too small for the racer to race safely R – 18- Classes may be combined – A driver may get a refund if they are uncomfortable with the change in schedule or if they feel it is unsafe to compete with the combined class R – 19 – A Driver must complete 50% of the race and cross the finish line for the checkered flag to be scored. 120 Stock class will not receive DNF R- 20 - Results - official Race results are posted on the Results board. Trackside Transponder display does not include any Penalties and changes that may occur during the race. Any changes/penalties will be imported to the final results posted. Results are final 30 minutes after posted. We reserve the right to make corrections due to human or computer errors. R-21– It is the drivers' responsibility to be sure that the driver and sled information is correct as posted on the results for scoring, contingency or mailing purposes. It is the driver’s responsibility to check/monitor their race results and report any scoring errors, this should be verified by the rider 30min after competition. Entry errors on sled brands or results cannot change for that event, after that event day is closed.
R - 22
- Cheating (allowing another rider to race
as you) will result in disqualification and/or permanent suspension.
S – 2 – No Broken or sharp edges (Lights Must be taped) S– 4 – Sled Number Plates – One on each side. Failure to use proper plate designation may result in loss of lap, improper scoring
S– 5-
If your Sled is or becomes a hazard to you
or the other drivers during a race you will be black flagged S- 7- Sled Sizes/Classes - All Sleds are considered modified (120 stock class is exception)
S - 8 - Green Flag Start S - 9 - Jumping start will result in restart with a sled length penalty for that driver (s)
S – 10 - Supercross Scoring - 1st race is heat - for gate
position, 2nd race is Main and Overall Finish. S – 12 - DNF/ DNS – a driver who started and completed at least one lap but did not finish the moto, will receive points for the total number of riders in the class or 20 moto points, whichever is greater and will receive a DNF for that moto. A driver whom did not start at the gate for the moto will receive 30 mots points plus the total number of drivers in the class and will receive a DNS for that moto.
S - 13 - Trophy Rules - Top 3
