Contingency Program
Contingency to be paid out EVERY Round Spring Series
1st - 3rd place as follows:
1st $20
2nd $15
3rd $10
Rules
1.
Spring contingency must be used by the end of the Fall Series(October 17th,
2010).
2.
Contingency Dollars have no cash value.
3.
Must be used at Keene Motorsports’ retail location on Flat Roof Mill Road in
Swanzey NH.
4.
Must be a Winchester Speedpark member and present your membership card when
using contingency dollars.
5.
Contingency dollars are non-transferable.
6.
Contingency dollars are the responsibility of the rider.
The track owners and Keene Motorsports are not responsible for re-issuing
lost contingency certificates.
7.
Must be used on a minimum purchase of $100.
8.
Can be combined to a maximum of $40 per $100 purchase.
a.
Example. $100 purchase with $40 worth of contingency would make the cash
due on the sale $60.
9.
Not eligible for trackside purchases or internet sales.
10.
Contingency dollars are only applied to Retail prices.
They cannot be combined with any other discounts.
11.
Must be used on in stock product or items ordered from the Marshall Distributing
catalog.
12.
Contingency Dollars are usable on parts and/or service at Keene Motorsports.
13.
The Contingency Program is subject to change without notice.
Example of rider with more than $40 in contingency.
If the rider has accumulated $80 in contingency he can only use a maximum of $40
per $100 purchase. So he must spend over $200 to use his 2nd tier of
contingency.
