 To become a member you need:
1. Membership form
2. WSP  waiver - must be notarized
3. If under 18 - Minor release both sides - both notarized
4. Copy of Birth certificate or license if riding age defined classe
(if we have one on file from 2006 or 2007 - you do not need another)

2008 WSP MEMBERSHIP must be notarized (side 2)
2008 WSP MEMBERSHIP HTM must be notarized (side 2)
Minor Release Forms Under 18

NOTARY IS AVAILABLE AT ALL WSP EVENTS
2008 minor release side 1 side 2 must be notarized
for the season so that you can use our paperless system
Cards are issued only when all paperwork
is completed = Notarized waivers
Over 18 Members - side 2 of membership
Under 18 Members - side 1 and 2 of Minor release
