ANNOUNCING CHANGES TO KAWASAKI’S 2008 CONTINGENCY REWARDS PROGRAM

Kawasaki is committed to delivering a winning tradition… The All New 2008
Kawasaki Contingency Rewards Program. Beginning June 1, 2008, we are pleased
to announce MADISON Performance Group, a new full service provider, and welcome
them to our Kawasaki Contingency Team. Winning the most while racing the best
just got easier!

All Kawasaki Contingency Riders are eligible to receive a Kawasaki Contingency
Card, and will need to re-register online at http://www.KawasakiSalesRewards.com. Once
your registration has been submitted and approved, you will receive an Automated
Response confirming your enrollment; and receive a brand new personalized
Kawasaki Contingency Rewards MasterCard® within 7-10 business days.

The Kawasaki Contingency Rewards MasterCard works just like any other debit card
with a few extra features added for your convenience.

Features include:
a. Daily deposits when “official” race results are approved by KMC
b. Online account balance and account tracking (24 hours)
c. ATM Access (Pro riders only)
d. Easy profile update
f. Rechargeable MasterCard can be used at more than 32 million locations
worldwide.
g. Toll-free customer service support 1-866-535-2544

In addition, below are important guidelines regarding your current Kawasaki
Contingency card.

1. You must use the remaining balance by December 31, 2008.
2. Any balances remaining on the card will NOT be transferred over to your new
Kawasaki Contingency Rewards MasterCard.

The Kawasaki Contingency Program is updated periodically, so visit our website
to view the details, rules, schedule of races and racing payout schedule at
http://www.kawasaki.com/Racing_Contingency. All Contingency earnings issued after June
1, 2008 will be applied to your NEW Kawasaki Contingency Rewards MasterCard.
Until enrollment is completed, all subsequent earnings will remain in a pending
status… so don’t forget to register after June 1, 2008 at http://www.KawasakiSalesRewards.com!
